Many Ladies and Of course Keto lovers just love the Casserole dish recipes and since my Keto Dinners ready in minutes went crazy viral.
And the recipe people went drooling over was the Keto Broccoli and Chicken Casserole with Cream Cheese and Mozzarella .
So I thought it would be best if I give people what they want and I personally love this Low Carb creation , it’s just so fulfilling and warm so it fits the slot of Quick Healthy Dinner best especially in winter.
Because during winters , everybody is in search of warm stew and casseroles recipes to heat up a little bit including myself and making it a low carb recipe was a win-win situation.
This Hearty and Creamy Keto Chicken and Cheese Broccoli Casserole requires Mozzarella , Cheddar and Cream cheese which just fills your mouth with their richness .
It is super Simple to make and can be easily cooked up in under 30 minutes, I guarantee you will be reaching for this recipe again and again.
Keto Broccoli Chicken Casserole with Cream Cheese and Mozzarella
Hearty Low carb and Keto Broccoli Cheese chicken casserole. Simple to make and cooked up in under 30 minutes.
- 5 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 broccoli heads cut into florets
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh chopped parsley to taste
Preheat oven to 390F.
Grease a casserole dish then add ¾ of the chicken and Season with Italian seasoning.
Next, combine cream cheese and stock together in a pour and spread evenly over chicken
Add broccoli florets on top and the rest of the chicken
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and both cheeses
. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until bubbling.
Broil on low for the remaining few minutes to get a golden finish. Garnish with fresh parsley.
