It is officially that time of the year when everybody is in search of comfort food recipes which can easily win hearts without a great hassle.
Since Keto is like current hot topic in the weight loss community , I thought why not try a quick keto dinner recipe which not only taste’s great but would be healthy too.
Recently a lot of people have been skeptical about this ever trending keto diet because some say it may be harmful for in the long run and some say it’s perfectly safe.
Well changing the way your body produce energy may not be everyone’s cup of tea.
Enough of the intellectual talk, let’s jump on the main thing.
Last night my teen boys were craving a cheesy dinner, but I was literally bored of making traditional lasagna recipes.
So I wondered why not try a Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken, which I have seen quite a times on Pinterest but never gave a thought and making it a Keto one was not even question.
And after just 15 minutes of work, What came out of the Oven wasn’t at all what I was expecting , It looked like a gourmet recipe from an expensive restaurant.

I wish I would have discovered this Keto Cheese Crusted Chicken dish a little earlier , So I could make it for Thanksgiving but no worries.
This Keto Parmesan Crusted Chicken is definitely my go to weekend special and I would recommend you too to note down this one as your Quick Weeknight night dinner recipe.
This super crispy and cheesy dinner recipe is gluten free , Keto and whole30 so definitely there is no excuse to not give it a try and it just takes a few ingredients to make.
Using chicken breasts topped with rich marinara sauce and melted cheese, you have a nutritious lunch or dinner entrée that’s sure to please.
3 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup marinara sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Fresh basil, chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
Add chicken and drizzle olive oil on top.
Sprinkle seasonings over chicken then add marinara sauce and cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese and sauce is bubbling.
Remove from oven and add chopped basil.
