Keto Almond Flour Fudge Brownies.

Keto Almond Flour Fudge Brownies.

Keto Almond Flour Fudge Chocolate Brownies never looked so delicious, these dense and rich Brownies are made for the chocolate lovers!

My Sweet tooth has been craving desserts ever since I had my first low carb dessert, and this couldn’t have been possible without keto diet, because of it I can have them completely guilt-free.

After I made my Keto Chocolate Mousse, I have been experimenting whole lot of different low carb confections, and just so you all know I am a die hard chocolate lover so it had to be an ultra chocolaty one.

At first I came up with ton of ideas but it had to be a quick sweet treat which could be made without expensive cooking equipment so I settled at Fudge Brownies.

I must say I get a little nervous when it comes to baking so I mostly lay my hands on Keto Dessert’s but these super chocolaty Fudge Brownies came out extremely exquisite.

There is Great misconception that Healthy dessert’s can’t taste good but this rich and gooey Almond Flour brownies definitely beat that.

The Fusion of Nutty Almond Flour and of Melted Dark Chocolate between the brownies was far beyond my expectations, it truly tasted like heaven, and I think that was because of good amount of dark chocolate and melted butter I used besides from using it as a topping.

My Husband isn’t a big admirer for Chocolate (I know it’s shocking) but even he had two pieces saying “ummm” in the end.

Well, what to even expect from person who doesn’t likes Chocolate, so Me and my teen boys had it all without hesitating and even saved some for the second day in the fridge and believe me I am not playing they somehow tasted better the other day and felt even more fudgy, strange!

I must say this decadent dark chocolate fudge brownies has become my quick fix to cure my brownie craving and I am sure You and your whole family will love it too.

It doesn’t matter if you are on Keto or not, give them a try and these will instantly become your normal homemade brownie recipe.

How To Make These Brownies Keto ?

The First sweetener I ever used on Keto was Stevia and still it is my go to Sweetener for making  Sugar-free desserts but what I have learned in past 8 months of doing Keto, is that Stevia doesn’t go very well with Baking specifically.

This was my first time using Erythritol, and I must say it works great with baking so from now Stevia won’t be my first choice when baking keto desserts.

Note: Erythritol is a Sugar Alcohol.

How Are These Keto Brownies Gluten-Free ?

For these Keto Brownies, I used Almond Flour which not only makes these brownies perfectly Gluten-free but also works great as an all purpose low carb flour and has much lower Carb content.

However Coconut Flour will also be a great choice for these Keto Brownies, plus it is consumed much lesser than Almond Flour and is much cheaper too, so I recommend using it as an alternative without a doubt.

But the thing to look out for when choosing Coconut Flour over Almond Flour, is Coconut Flour can make your brownies dry as it absorbs quite amount of moisture from the batter so do increase the amount of eggs from 3 to 4.
