But what makes me more love keto are the decadent desserts you get to enjoy while dropping weight.

Keto desserts is all what has been on my mind lately because I never thought that even sugar free desserts could be this delicious.
But I didn’t wanted to stop here, I wanted to dig deeper about keto, through which I came across the term, Keto fat bombs and how they help you lose weight and burst your cravings.
What Are Keto Fat Bombs ?
Fat bombs are made from healthy fats like coconut oil, nuts, butter etc. They are believed to be essential to keto as they not only come handy as a evening hunger fix but help you remain in ketosis by reaching your macro goals.
The best thing about fat bombs is that they can be of any flavor sweet or sour as long as they are keto one can have them guilt free.
Moreover they give you an extra energy boost which helps you fight fatigue, headache and other usual side effects of Keto.
But for me, A perfect fat bomb is a trifecta of these 3 qualities:
1. It must be no bake and could be made with utmost ease.
2. It must be a craving buster, and the sole thing I miss being on keto are Oreos, so now you know why I chose cookies and cream as the flavor of my fat bombs.

How To Make Cookie Crumbs ?
To start off we’ll set the base of our fat bombs with crispy oreo crumbs, and since there aren’t any sugar free oreo’s you can buy in the market, we’ll have to make them ourselves which is as easy as ABC.
1. Almond Flour : Almond flour is hands down the best low carb all purpose flour and it goes excellent with any keto dessert. It might be a little heavier on the pocket but the taste is far better than other cheap alternatives.
2. Cocoa Powder : Cocoa powder being keto friendly is one of the main reasons we get to enjoy these delicious and decadent keto desserts.
3. Swerve Confectioners : Swerve is one of the best sugar alternatives for keto diet and doesn’t even come very expensive.
4. Coconut Oil : Coconut Oil is a main ingredient in these keto fat bombs, it has 0g net carbs. You can also substitute it for grass fed butter if you want to.
5. Kosher Salt
1. In a Saucepan, Add Almond Flour over Low to medium heat and Cook until Aromatic (2-3 mins).
2. Move it in a bowl and Add Swerve, Kosher Salt and Cocoa Powder and then Mix .
3. Stir in Melted Coconut Oil and then Mix well. Move 1/3 Mixture Into Silicon Candy Molds and Freeze both Molds and remaining Mixture until Solid.
How To Make Vanilla Cream ?
Until the Oreo crumb base gets solid, we’ll move forward with Sugar free vanilla cream .
1. Full Fat Coconut Milk : Made with Shredded coconut, Coconut Milk is very high in Fat Content, therefore a perfect pick for a Keto dessert.
2. Erythritol : Erythritol is a sugar alcohol used as a Sweetener in Keto desserts.
3. Coconut Cream : Much thicker than Coconut Milk and also High In Fat. You can also use Heavy whipping cream if you already have that in the pantry.

1. In a saucepan, over medium heat whisk together kosher salt, erytritol and full fat coconut milk. Once creamy and thick, let it cool.
2. Whip Heavy Whipping Cream in a bowl, add in Vanilla and the Coconut Milk mixture and Whip again.
3. Once done, add the remaining frozen oreo crumb mixture. then Pour the Vanilla cream mixture into the candy molds and freeze until solid.
Keto Cookies And Cream Fat Bombs
Try these Keto Cookies and Cream Fat Bombs when you are cravings oreo's on a low carb diet but can't have any.
Keto Oreo Crumbs
- 11 g Cocoa Powder
- 60 g Almond Flour
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
- 2-3 tbsp Swerve Confectioners Or Erythritol
Keto Vanilla Cream
- 160 ml Coconut Cream
- 2-4 tbsp Erythritol
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 160 ml Coconut Milk, Full Fat
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- In a Saucepan, Add Almond Flour over Low to medium heat and Cook until Aromatic (2-3 mins).
- Move it in a bowl and whisk together Swerve, Kosher Salt and Cocoa Powder.
- Stir in Melted Coconut Oil until Mixture resembles Coarse crumbs. take about quarter of the Mixture and press the crust Into Silicon Candy Molds and Freeze both, the Mold and remaining crumb Mixture until Solid.
Keto Vanilla Cream
- In a saucepan, over medium heat whisk togther kosher salt, erytritol and full fat coconut milk. Once creamy and thick, let it cool.
- Whip Heavy Whipping Cream in a bowl, add in Vanilla and the Coconut Milk mixture and Whip again.
- Once done, add the remaining frozen oreo crumb mixture. Then Pour the Vanilla cream mixture into the candy molds and freeze until solid.
